All orders are sent via trackable services with “do not safedrop” instructions, unless otherwise requested. If you’re not available to receive your package at your delivery location, the parcel will be forwarded to your nearest carrier location and kept for pickup. We will send you shipping confirmation with tracking number upon shipment.
Order Processing Times
Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped.
“Return to Shipper” Policy
It is the responsibility of the receiver (or if bought as a gift, the buyer) to notify the shipping carrier of any changes to the delivery, such as a request to hold the package at a nearby carrier location for pick up or request a vacation hold if the receiver is out of town and needs the package delivered at a later date.
If a package is returned to us because the shipping carrier was unable to deliver the package within a required timeframe, the customer will have the option to pay the full (non-promotional) shipping cost to have the order shipped again or cancel the order which is subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the item goes unclaimed for more than three weeks, we will cancel the order without a refund.
